Marguerite Louise Hensley

Marguerite Louise Hensley, 82, resident of Middletown since 1956. died July 4, 2002 at her residence after an extended illness. She was born May 1, 1920 in Indianapolis, the daughter of David and Blanche Dair Esterline. She retired from Delco Remy in Anderson in 1980 after 25 years of service. She was a very active member of the Middletown Church of the Nazarene.Survivors are 4 daughters: Janet (Bill) Griggs-Abbott of Shirley, Carol (Ron) Lowrey of Sulphur Springs, Gail (Randy) Hale of Middletown, and Peggy (Doug) Jacobs of Middletown, 2 sons: Raymond Jr. (Lona) of Middletown and Tony (Starla) of Middletown, 15 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 1 brother: Charles Esterline of New Hampshire and 1 Sister: Charolotte Rives of California. She was preceded in death by her husband Raymond Sr. in 1998, 1 brother and 2 sisters as well as 1 grandson.Services were held July 8, 2002 at 10:00 am at the Middletown Church of the Nazarene with Dr. Philip C. Rogers and Rev. DAvid Whitteberry officiaitng. Burial followed in Miller Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Middletown Church of the Nazarene Building Fund or the the Nazarene Missions.
