Margaret Mary West, 54, of Middletown passed away on Saturday, October 21, 2023. She was born November 22, 1968, in Hartford City to the late Gordon and Margaret Overmeyer.
Margaret enjoyed driving the school bus for ACS. She loved her family and her grandchildren beyond words. She was always known for being there to fix any problem. She felt like she could handle it all. Margaret enjoyed watching her granddaughters cheer and she loved hearing the adventures of the kids riding the horses. One of her great loves was Gatlinburg TN. This was her favorite place and she always wanted all the family to get down there and spend quality time together. Margaret also adored her beloved dog, Piper.
Margaret is survived by her husband of 15 years, Donnie Paul West; 3 children, Kayla (Edgar) Parker- Sanchez, Curtis Parker, and Cody Parker; step-son, Kyle West; grandchildren, Gabi, Rylan, Anna, Ashlyn, Aaliyah, Arturo Jordan, Emmalynn, Raelyn, Kaleb, and Luz; 3 sisters, Sandra Blakely, Lisa (Greg) Dent and Lauri (Dan) Robinson; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
In addition to her parents she preceded in death by her sister, Pamela Kidwell; 2 nephews, Nathan Overmeyer and Anthony Maller.
