Middletown...Margaret Sarah (Humbles) Ritchie, 89, resident of Middletown, passed away Friday at St. Johns Medical Center in Anderson.She was born in Mooreland, Indiana, January 6, 1916, the daughter of William and Tena Swoveland Humbles.She retired from the Metamora Cheese Shop where she had been a cashier for many years.She had been a member of the EAgles Lodge of Muncie, the Moose Lodge of New Castle, the Legion of Mary of Muncie and the St. Lawrence Catholic Church of Muncie.She had been preceded in death by two husbands: Robert Replogle in 1945 and Myron Ritchie in 1986.Survivors include 4 daughters: Jane Corbin of Middletown, Judy Crockett of Crecent City, FL, Jo Ann (Larry) Osborn of Middletown and Jeaninie (Gary) Metzger of San Benito, TX, 1 son: Charles ""Gus"" (Janice) Replogle of Middletown, 2 sisters: Virgie Blaydes of Florida and Mary Simmons of Chesterfield, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.Also a special friend: Robert Austen.Services will be held at a later date with burial in Miller Cemetery in Middletown.There will be no public visitation.Arrangements have been entrusted to Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown.Memorial contributions may be made to the Middletown EMS, Box 1, Middletown, IN 47356.Online Guestbook is available at: www.ballardandsons.com
