Margaret Farlee

MRS. MARGARET ROWETAN STAILEY FARLEE passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at University Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana having attained the age of 72 years, 7 months and 7 days. She was born on Friday, July 30, 1943 in Cumberland County, Kentucky, the daughter of William and Betty Jesse Stailey. She was of the Methodist faith, a very good cook and a waitress. she married William Harold Farlee on Saturday, April 28, 1962. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Kyle Stailey, her grandson, Jarold Weakley, and a sister-in-law, Ann Farlee. She is survived by her husband, William Harold Farlee of Daleville, Indiana, her children, Joyce (and Ron) Weakley of Middleton, Indiana, Sherry (and Steve) Smith of Daleville, Indiana, Jeff (and Chris) Farlee of Anderson, Indiana, her siblings Allie Scott of Daleville, Indiana, Phyllis Sanders of Glasgow, Kentucky, Bennie (and Gaye) Stailey and Phillip Stailey all of Burkesville, Kentucky, her grandchildren, Steve Smith, Brandon (and Jessica) Smith, Christopher (and Rachel) Smith, Heather (and Kelly) Ballenger, Crystal (and Jerry) Farlee, Brittney (and Drew) Farlee, and Shannon Kalley, her great-grandchildren, Mariah, Samara, Destiny, Austin, Gracie, Jaylin, Emily, Karoline, Peyton, Harley, Hezekiah, Jaidah, Isaiah, Josie, Makiah, Little Margi, Carly, Caitlynn, Chandler, Calvin, Lexi, and Drew. Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday, March 12, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in The Memory Chapel of Norris-New Funeral Home with Bro. Gary Cash officiating. Burial will be in the Mud Camp Cemetery in Cumberland County, Kentucky. The family will receive friends from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. (C.S.T.) at the Ballard and Sons Funeral Home in Daleville, Indiana on Thursday, March 10, 2016 and After 3:00 p.m. on Friday, March 11, 2016 until the funeral hour on Saturday at Norris-New Funeral Home in Burkesville, Kentucky.
