Phoenix, AZ...Margaret Spangler Dukes, 88, resident of Phoenix, AZ for over 44 years, died November 28, 2003 at Sunwest Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Sun City West, Arizona.She was born in Anderson, December 13, 1914, the daughter of Elmer and Lucie McDuffie DeFord.She was a 50 year member of the Order of the Eastern Star of Daleville.Survivors include 1 daughter: Janice Landmeier and 1 son: David Spangler, both of Phoenix, Az., 1 brother: Ernest Deford and 3 sisters: Agnes Ramsey, Vickie Mathews, and Annabell Ashcraft, 7 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.Funeral services will be held on Friday at 1:30 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 8212 South Walnut Street, Daleville with REv.
