Sulphur Springs...Marcella Lea Lowery, 84, resident of Sulphur springs, passed away early Monday morning at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie after a brief illness.She was born in Middletown, December 30, 1920, the daughter of Paul and Essie Bowers Rutherford.She was a 1938 graduate of Sulphur Springs High School.She was a member of the Sulphur Springs United Church of Christ, the Womens Fellowship, and the Rekamemoh Home Economics Club.She had been preceded in death by her husband: Robert in 1980 and 1 brother: Kenneth Rutherford and 1 sister: Deloris Black and 1 grandchildren: Joel Lowery.Survivors include: 6 children: Gerald Lowery, Marsha Gibson, Mike Lowery (Janice), Ronnie Lowery (Donna), all of Sulphur Springs, Lisa Lane (Albert) of Lancing, TN, and Phillip Lowery (Cindy) of Midland, MI, grandchildren: Brenda Webber, Jim Lowery, Jerry Lowery, Rhonda Mousty, Scott Gibson, Tricia Stanley, Paul Lowery, Jennifer Thompson, Rob Lowery, Danny Lowery, Matilda Lowery, Melody Lowery, Grace Lane, Becca Lowery, Luke and Lydia Lowery, Lori Trennepohl, and Christa Paustenbaugh, great grandchildren: Kelsey Webber, Brittany Webber, Kaleigh Lowery, Katie Lowery, Michael Gibson, Mikka Mousty, Hanna Stanley, Broc South, Brenna Rae South, Devon Barclay, Noah Lowery, Shianne Stanley, Quinton Trennepohl, Madison Mousty, Mollie Gibson, Ellea Paustenbaugh, Maya Paustenbaugh, Dan Lowery, Jr, Caleb Lowery, Mariah Lowery, Josiah Lowery and Seriah Lowery.Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 10:00 am at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown, IN with Rev.
