Twigg, Jr., and Marsha kay Lounsbury Twigg.Besides his parents, he is survived by children Heather and April, 1 brother: Matthew Twigg and 1 uncle and 2 aunts.Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 2:00 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown, with Rev.
