M. Pauline Leathers

Chesterfield...M. Pauline leathers, 83, resident of Chesterfield passed away at her residence after a brief battle with Cancer. She was born in Fount, Kentucky, November 22, 1936, the daughter of Aram and Ethel Hammons Gibson.
She was a 1955 graduate of Anderson High School and worked for many years at the Madison County Health Department retiring in 2014.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church and loved to crochet and knit. She adored her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Robert, 2 brothers; Hubert and Homer Gibson and 2 sisters; Ora Smith and Betty Eldridge.
Survivors are her children, Robert D. Leathers Jr., (Patty) of Anderson and Renee Reeder (Jamie) of Middletown, 3 grandchildren, Kyle Leathers (Michelle), Alexis and Jared Reeder, 2 great grandchildren, Stella and Lucy Leathers, 1 sister in law, Eldora Leather.
Private services will be held at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, Daleville with burial in Bronnenberg Cemetery, Chesterfield.
For the safety of family and friends, CDC restrictions will be followed both at the funeral home and cemetery.
