Anderson...Lynne Ellen (Smith) Kemerly, 38, resident of Anderson and formerly of Middletown, died unexpectedly at her home.She was born in Anderson, February 24, 1965, the daughter of Ralph and Barbara Gibson Smith.She had worked at the Middletown Medical Clinic for several years.Survivors include her husband: Marvin Kemerly of Anderson, 3 daughters: Amanda Smith of Anderson, Jessica Jones of Anderson and Autumn Kemerly of Anderson, 2 grandchildren: Brent Ritenour and Morgan Ritenour of Anderson, 3 brothers: Thomas Smith of Anderson, Michael Smith of Lawrence and David Smith of Cadiz, 1 sister: Amy Baker of Indianapolis, several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held on Thursday morning at 10:00 am at Ballard and Sons Fuenral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown, with Pastor Tom Kemerly officiating.Burial will follow in Mechanicsburg Cemetery.Friends may call at the fuenral home on Wednesday from 6-9 PM.Memorials may be made to the doners choice.Online Guestbook is available at: www.ballardandsons.com
