Middletown...Lucille A. (Lucy) Waters, 67, wife of Pastor David Waters, 1st Baptist Church of Middletown, quietly passed into the arms of the Lord Jesus on Saturday, December 1, 2012 at 9:03 am at her residence.Her husband David and their children were at her bedside when Jesus came for her.Lucy is survived by her husband of 49 1/2 years: David of Middletown, sons: Mark (Susan) of Anderson and Bryan (Cheryl) of Anderson, and daughter: Kellie (Jason) McCrocklin of Middletown, Indiana.Also seven grandchildren: Josh (Cortney) Waters, Emily Waters, Matthew Waters, Elizabeth Waters-Fisher, Adam Waters, Sarah Fisher, and Emma McCrocklin.Also a sister: Charolette Reff, brother: Clarence (Barbara) Bell of Huntington, sister in laws: Pat Bell and Janice Bell of Hartford City.In addition many nieces and nephews, too numerous to mention.Lucy was the youngest of nine children. She was preceded in death by her parents: Tom and Orpha Bell, 5 brothers: Dick Bell, Jack Bell, John Bell, Dewayne Bell, Clifford Bell and a sister: Phyllis Hamilton and nephews: Terry and Kenny Bell.Friends may call on Wednesday at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown, from 2-4 and 6-8 PM.Celebration services will be held on Thursday at 10:00 am at the 1st Baptist Church of Middletown with Rev.
