Lois Jeanette Mousty

Middletown...Lois Jeanette (McCord) Mousty, 75, resident of Middletown, went to be with the Lord with her family at her side early Thursday morning at her residence.She was born in Middletown, November 29, 1934, the daughter of William and Susan Gribbin McCord.She was a Middletown High School graduate and retired from Delco Remy in Anderson after 35 years of service.She was a member of the Tri County Christian Church, the Middletown Fall Creek historical society and loved being part and giving Victoria Teas.Survivors include two sons: Mark Mousty (Shelly) of Markleville and Rich Mousty (Rhonda) of Middletown, 1 daughter: Janette Flynn of Middletown, grandchildren: Sasha McGuire, Melissa Cawthorn, Jenifer Mousty, Mikka Mousty, Hannah Flynn, and Madison Mousty, great grandchildren: Liam Cawthorn and Maren Cox, 1 brother: Dick McCord of Pendleton and 1 sister: Melva Perkins of Middletown.She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant sister.Memorial Services will be held on Tuesday evening at 7:00 PM at the Tri County Christian Church with Dr. James Harless officiating.Friends may gather from 6-7 at the church on Tuesday.Bequeathal was given to the Indiana University School of Medicine for research.Memorials to the Tri County Christian Church and the Middletown Fall Creek Historical Society.Services have been entrusted to Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, Middletown Chapel.Online guestbook at: www.ballardandsons.com
