Lois Virginia Granger

Anderson...Lois Virginia (Williams) Granger, 92, resident of Harter House in Anderson, passed away Sunday morning in Anderson.She was born in Madison County, March 6, 1918, the daughter of Arthur H, and Mary Marguerite Stinson Williams.She had lived in Middletown for many years before moving to Anderson.She was a 1936 graduate of Markleville High School and retired in 1973 from Delco Remy Plant 10.She was baptized at Crossroads Lutheran Church.She was preceded in death by her husband: Charles E. Granger, her parents, 1 son: Philip E. Granger and 1 great grandson: Jared Michael Granger.Survivors are 1 son; Terry (Pam) Granger of Daleville and 1 daughter: Judy (Bart) Hudson of Middletown, daughter in law: Tammie Granger of Daleville, 11 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren., several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held at Noon on Thursday at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 8212 South Walnut Street, Daleville with Rev. Marty Ballard of the Yorktown Church of the Nazarene officiating.Burial will follow in Saunders Cemetery, East of Daleville.Friends may call on Wednesday at the funeral home from 4-8 PM and one hour before the services on Thursday.Memorials may be made to the Middletown Public Library or the Daleville Community Library.Online Guestbook at: www.ballardandsons.com
