Anderson...Lilly Louise Hines Helsley, 28, resident of Anderson, passed away at St. John Medical Center in Anderson Friday, July 30, 2010.She was born in Anderson and had lived in middletown most of her life.She had worked at Harvest Market in Middletown and attended Shenandoah High School.Survivors include her children: Daylyn Helsley and Isabella Brown of Anderson, Mother: Linda Luke (Ronald) Ramsey of Columbia City and Father: Rick (Cheryl) Hines of Middletown, 2 sisters: Ginger (Danny) Conwell of Middletown and Donna Dyer of Rushville, Paternal grandfather: Sam Hines.She was preceded in death by her grandmother: Joan Hines, maternal grandparents: Doc and Lillian Davidson and Uncle: Ricky Dyer.Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 3:00 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with Rev.
