Larry "Pooch" Dale Dellinger

Middletown....Larry Dale Dellinger, 79, resident of Middletown, passed away Sunday at Middletown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.  He was born in Middletown, April 11, 1939 to Rev. Lloyd and Margaret Forney Dellinger.  He was a 1957 graduate of Middletown High School.

He had been a Middletown Fireman in the 1970's and a member of the Middletown American Legion.

He owned and operated Pooch's Pantry for many years and was a meat cutter at Homestead Market in Middletown.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife: Diane, brothers: Jim Swinford, Charles Dellinger, Richard Dellinger, Jack Dellinger and infant brother, David.

Survivors are his children: Michael B. Dellinger (Veronica) of Middletown and Anthony Jay Dellinger of Middletown, a brother: Max Dellinger (Patsy) of Middletown, 2 grandchildren: Nolan Ryan Dellinger (Emily) and Cal Michael Dellinger.

Private services for the family will be held.

Memorials may be made to the Middletown Fire Department and EMS.
