Daleville...Larry Max Fish, 61, lifetime resident of Daleville, died Friday evening at his residence after an extended illness.He was born in Anderson, June 12, 1941, the son of Guy Max and Lavern Barkdull Fish.He was a 1959 graduate of Daleville High School and retired in 1994 from Delco Remy in Anderson after 30 years.He was a US Army Veteran and a member of the Daleville American Legion and UAW Local 662.Survivors include his wife of 40 years: Carolyn Walters Fish of Daleville, 1 son: Brian Fish of Daleville, and 1 daughter: Jana (Steven) Day of Anderson, 2 grandsons: Joshua and Brandon Day of Anderson and 1 grandaughter: Emiley Day of Anderson, his mother; Lavern Valachos of California, 1 sister: Sheree (Kirby) Bernard of Daleville, 1 niece: Amanda Bernard of Muncie and 1 nephew: Todd Vanderbur of Michigan, a sister in law: Janet Vanderbur of Anderson.Funeral Services will be held Tuesday morning at 11:00 am at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 8212 South Walnut Street, Daleville with Rev. Gary McManus officiating. Burial will follow in Nelson Cemetery in Richland Township.Friends may call at the Daleville Chapel on Monday from 6-8 PM and one hour before the services on Tuesday.Memorial contributions may be made to the Daleville American Legion Post.Online guestbook is available at:
