Lapel...L. Martha (Johnson) Solomon, 96, resident of Lapel, passed away at Edgewater Woods Nursing Care in Anderson on Monday.She was born in Spiceland, May 18, 1921 the daughter of Rollin and Nettie Denny Johnson. She was a 1939 graduate of Spiceland High School and was a homemaker all her life.She was a member of the Spiceland United Methodist Church.Survivors are 1 son: Stephen (Kay) of Middletown, grandson: Brian (Jenny Miller) Solomon of Middletown, 1 great grandchild: Hannah, 2 sisters-in-law: Susie Adams of Florida and Helen Johnson of Greenfield, 2 brothers-in-law: David Solomon of Indianapolis and David Wright of Florida.She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Husband: Wayne F. and grandson: Kevin., 5 brothers and 2 sisters.Graveside services will be held at a later date in Spiceland Cemetery.Memorials may be made to the Spiceland United Methodist Church.Online Guestbook at: www.ballardandsons.com
