Kyler Braxton Roundtree

Kyler Braxton Roundtree, 1 day old, passed away on Saturday, March 22, 2025. He was born on March 21, 2025 to his parents, Zach Roundtree and Rebekah Saulmon.

Kyler was a fighter from the beginning. When he opened his eyes, it was like sunshine. He had a strong grip, wonderful smirk and smile. The smirk reminded the family of his brother although he looked just like his father. His sister Harmony would sing to him, “You are my sunshine”. He always beat the odds, was surrounded by love, and had support from all his family from the beginning until the end.

He is survived by his parents, Zach Roundtree and Rebekah Saulmon; brother, Noah Saulmon; sister, Harmony Roundtree; Mamaw, Kay Wilhoit; Papaw, Doug Wilhoit; “Poppy”, David Saulmon; “Mimi”, Joy Saulmon; aunts, Heather Roundtree, Michaela Austill and Hannah Saulmon; great aunts; Janet Roundtree and Sharon Shephard and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He is preceded in death by, “Gigi”, Helen Snow; grandma, Patricia Roundtree; grandparents, David and Donna Whitson.

Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, March 31, 2025 at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home in Middletown. Burial will follow at Maplewood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00 pm until the time of the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Kyler Roundtree Memorial Fund c/o Ballard and Sons Funeral Home at 118 South 5th Street, Middletown, Indiana 47356.
