Middletown...Kevin Eric Swain, 25, resident of Middletown passed away Wednesday morning at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie after a brief illness.He was born in Norfolk, VA, February 15, 1984 and was a 2002 graduate of Shenandoah High School.He was employed at Keihin Corporation (IPT),He had lived in New Castle, Anderson and Middletown.Survivors include his mother: Theresa Swain of Middletown, Step father: Jay Pyles of Middletown, grandparents: Andy and Mary Ellen McGuffin, two sisters: Sherri Fisher (Doug) of Middletown and Karen Reed (Erik) of Greenfield, 4 nieces: Shaina Jenkins of Alexandria, Cassandra Fisher of Middletown, Kaylee Fisher of Middletown, and Makenzie Reed of Greenfield, 3 nephews: Jonathan and Cody Mayhugh of Greenfield and Hunter Reed of Greenfield, several aunts and uncles, and his dogs: Rocco and Brutus, and his cat: Kit'ta.He was preceded in death by his brother: Stephen Ray Swain, Jr. and his grandfather: William Thomas Daily.Funeral services will be held on Monday at 1:30 pm at the Middletown Church of the Nazarene, 698 North 5th, Middletown with Dr. Philip C.
