Middletown....Kerry Lynn (Alspaugh) Smith, 41, resident of Middletown Passed away July 15, 2016 at St. Vincent's Hospital in Indianapolis.She was born in Anderson, July 21, 1974 the daughter of Randy Alspaugh and Danielle Lynn Teepe.She worked at Heritage House Nursing Home in New Castle in Housekeeping. She was a graduate of New Castle High School in 1993.Survivors are her parents: Randy Alspaugh of Kokomo and Danielle Lynn Teepe of Anderson, son: Caleb J.
