Kenneth E. "Sam" Stautamoyer, Sr.

Daleville....Kenneth E. "Sam" Stautamoyer, Sr., 72, resident of Daleville, passed away on Saturday, November 21, 2020 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital.
He was born on August 23, 1948 the son of Kenneth S. and Clara Kathryn Bricker Stautamoyer.
He was a 1968 graduate of Daleville High School where he was a 4 year athlete playing baseball and basketball. He grew up working alongside his father in the family business of K&S Service and Welding, becoming owner in 2000 upon the death of his father.
He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War in Germany from 1968-1970.
He is survived by his children, Kenneth E. "Sam" Stautamoyer, Jr. of Daleville and Heather Fisher (Nick) of Middletown, 4 grandchildren; Kyle and Kaden Randolph, Kinley Fisher and Mercedes Beard, 1 great grandchild, Jayde Beard, 2 sisters, Deborah Clendenin of Noblesville and Terrie Salatin of Tampa, FL.
He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 3:00 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 8212 South Walnut Street, Daleville. Burial will follow at Saunders Cemetery, Daleville.
Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 4-8 PM.
Strict compliance of all CDC and state Covid-19 Mandates will be applied. No more than 50 people will be allowed within the funeral home at any one time, masks will be worn, social distancing followed and hand sanitation observed. No limit on number of guests at the graveside service but social distancing will need to be observed.
Memorial contributions may be made to The American Heart Society, The Parkinson's Foundation and The Alzheimer's Association in his name.
