Middletown....Kenneth A. Lewis, 85, resident of Middletown, passed away at Meadowbrook Nursing Center in Anderson on September 20, 2012.He was born in Owasso, Michigan, March 24, 1927, the son of John and Carrie Meeks Lewis.He retired from Marsh Supermarkets and was a US Army veteran.Survivors are his wife Barbara of Middletown, children: Jon, Michael and Marty Lewis and Deborah Marshall, six grandchildren, step children: Carol Hughes, Ron and Donald Branham, Glenda Chapin and Cheryl Wallen, several step grandchildren.Private services will be held at a later date.
