Kathy Ann Williams

Kathy Ann Williams, 76, of Middletown passed away on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at Ascension Saint Vincent Hospital in Anderson. She was born on August 22, 1947 to the late Noble Hansford and Lillian Rebecca (Clensy) Fields.

Kathy attended the Middletown United Methodist Church where she was a part of the bible study group for many years. She was a member of the Middletown American Legion. Kathy was an avid golfer, she enjoyed playing cards and in her later years she enjoyed crocheting.

She is survived by her daughter, Leah (Keith) Perkins of Ocala, FL; sons, Trent A. Williams of Middletown, IN and Dane J. (Melissa) Williams of Middletown, IN; 8 grandchildren, Dalton, Katelyn, Zoie, Justin, Mac, Zac, Adrian and Mason; 5 great grandchildren, Emerson, Lainee, Kyndall, Kynlee, Briggs and Easton.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, James Williams; brothers, Hansford Fields and Stephen Fields.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, January 5, 2024 at 4:00 pm at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home in Middletown with Ryan Ballard officiating. A burial will take place at a later date in Miller Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2:00 pm until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Childrens Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
