Huntington....Katherine "Kathy" Sue Alspaugh, 76, resident of Huntington, passed away Thursday, October 29, 2020.at her residence. She was born in Anderson, Indiana, January 17, 1944, the daughter of Walter and Anna Haines. She was a graduate of Anderson High School (1962) and prepared taxes at Hunter Tax Service for many years in Muncie..
She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Chuck Haines and two sisters, Deloris Ayres and Shirley Justus.
Survivors are her husband, Larry Alspaugh of Huntington, children: John Bill Vernon of Pennsylvania, Eric Christopher Vernon of Indianapolis, Micky Scott Alspaugh of Anderson and Julie Marie Rasbaugh., 8 grandchildren.
Services will be held Monday, November 2, 2020 at 1:00 PM Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery in Anderson.
Friends may call on Monday from 11:00 am until the time of the service.
