Anderson....Justin Allen Nance, 32, resident of Anderson passed away November 7, 2018 from injuries in an accident on US 31 near Atlanta, IN.
He was born January 2, 1986, the son of Douglas A. Nance and Martina Ward Nance..
He was a graduate of Shenandoah High School and served in the US Marine Corps for 12 years with deployments in Afghanistan and Iraq, He served as and E-5 and was a member of the American Legion of Middletown. He worked for E and B Paving Company as a foreman.
He is survived by his children: Madisyn, Justin and Ethan Nance of Middletown, former wife: Ashley Nicole Nance of Middletown, girlfriends: Emily Rinehart of Middletown, 2 brothers: Jason (Alexa) Nance (US Army), Zachary Williams of Anderson, 3 sisters: Tasha Poston (Brian) and Ashely Poston (Shane Cole) of Middletown, and Mackenzie Williams of Anderson, mother: Gena Nance and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Services will be held on Thursday at 2:00 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with Pastor Marty Ballard officiating.
Burial will be in Miller Cemetery, Middletown.
Friends may call from 10-2 on Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the family to establish a scholarship for the children.
