Juanita M. Hoppes

Anderson...Juanita M. Hoppes, 86, resident of Anderson, passed away at Community Hospital in Anderson on October 18. 2011.She was born in Indiana, August 13, 1925, the daughter of Wayne and Mary Fern (Inman) Crull.She married Paul H. Hoppes on June 24, 1944 and moved to California while Paul was in the Navy.She was one of ""Rosie the Riverters"" during the war.They returned to Indiana where they had their first son: Larry J. (Debbie) Hoppes, daughter: Joyce A. (Larry) Hutcherson, son: Jerry L. (Cheryl) Hoppes and daughter: Debbie S. Bennett, foster daughters: Fran Williams and Paula Vest.Her grandchildren are: Michelle A (Brent) Eastman, Douglas W. (girlfriend:Stacy Vest) Bennett, Christine A. (Daniel) Barton and Brian Deweese (Debbie Bennett's foster son), great grandchildren: Jonathan, Zaine, Ivy, Laci, Michael and one on the way.She loved her children dearly and enjoyed family get togethers.The family wishes to extend special thanks to Dr. Robert Beeson for all the years he has taken care of her as well as Community Hospital.Cremation was handled by Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, Daleville Chapel.Final resting place will be next to her husband at the Elwood Cemetery.In lieu of Flowers, family requests memorials to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Associaition through the funeral home.Online Guestbook at: www.ballardandsons.com
