Anderson...Joy Mae McCord, 55, longtime Anderson resident passed away Friday morning at her residence.She was born in Anderson, November 21, 1950, the daughter of Irvin and Colleen Brooks Payne.She worked as a simulcast coordinator for Hoosier Park Racetrack since it's inception.She was a member of the Eagles Lodge, the American Legion auxiliary of Middletown and was a local Ham Radio operator (NZ9W).Survivors include her husband: Clifford of Anderson, 1 sons: Joey C. Peden of Muncie, Stepchildren: Denise Renea (Shane), Tiffany Miller (Josh) and Brad McCord (Julie) all of Anderson, 3 grandchildren, 2 brothers: Michael Payne (Jennifer), John Payne (Sandy) of Middletown and 1 sister: Cinda Inman (Stacy Kueber) of Rosedale, IN, nieces: Crystal Domkowski (Ron) of LaFayette, Tony (Amy Parker) Inman of Fishers, Jessica, Jake, Andrew, and Adam Payne of Middletown.Funeral Services will be held on Thursday at 8:00 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with Rev.
