Anderson...John Neeley, Jr., 48, resident of Anderson, passed away in his home on Monday evening after a 2 year battle with cancer. He was born in Hillsborough, FL., June 21, 1963, the son of John and Annamarie Brev Neeley.He was a graduate of Madison Heights High School in Anderson ('82) and served his country as a US Marine from 1984-1988.He worked for Elsa Corporation for 19 1/2 years.He loved riding and cleaning his Harley, taking motorcycle trips with his wife, riding 4-wheelers, playing cornhole, playing with his grandsons, being with family and having fun with friends.John touched many people with his smile and generosity and maintained his trademark sense of humor all the way to the end. He would inspire people to never give up, to never back daown, and was there for people.Survivors include his wife: Marlene (Justice) of Anderson, 1 daughter: Amanda Hamilton (Scott) of Pendleton, 2 grandchildren: Bryden and Zayden Hamilton of Pendleton, parents: John and Annamarie Neeley of Anderson, 1 brother: Mike (Melinda) Neeley of Orestas, IN, 1 sister: Julie Neeley of Anderson, 2 sister in laws: Carlene Holland and Angie Bronnenberg of Middletown, father and mother-in-law: Tom and Susie Justice of Middletown, Niece: Tierany Holland and 1 nephew: Jaykob Bronnenberg, both of Middletown.Graveside services will be held on Friday at 2:00 PM at Miller Cemetery with Full Military Rites.Online Guestbook at:
