Anderson...Joan Rae (Bahns) Alexander, 89, resident of Bethany Pointe Healthcare, passed away December 16, 2015 at the nursing facility.She was born in Green County, Ohio, August 12, 1926, the daughter of Charles and Mary Anna Keiter Bahns.She was a 1944 graduate of Belbrook High School and had been a Lunch Room Treasurer for New Palestine School Corporation.She attended the Daleville United Methodist Church.She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband: Howard, one brother and one sister.Survivors include 3 daughters: Sandra Lynn Murray (Jerry) of Daleville, Cheryl Ann Dunlop of Debary, FL, and Beth Elaine (Richard) Zechiel of Ostrander, Ohio, 7 grandchildren and 7 great grand children, 1 sister: Ella Mae Turner of Dayton, OH.A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday January 9th at 11:00 am at the Daleville United Methodist Church with Pastor Glenn Perkins officiating.Memorials may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.
