Jewell W. Prichard

Muncie...Jewell W. (Carter) Prichard, 81, resident of Muncie, passed away Friday morning at Ball Memorial Hospital.She was born in Grayson, KY, July 26, 1928, the daughter of Thompson and Ida Kimbler Carter.She was a graduate of Hitchins High School in Kentucky and retired from Ball State University Library where she had been assistant to the Library dean for over 30 years.She attended Kentucky Christian College and was a very active member of Tabor Baptist Church.Survivors are two sons: Greg Prichard of Muncie and Randy (Janice) Prichard of Jenison, MI, 1 daughter: Gena (Carl) Mason of Albany, IN, 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 2 brothers: Gayle Carter and Phillip Carter of Grayson, KY, 1 sister: Maxine Osborne of Mississippi, 2 sister-in-laws: Virgie (Paul Ray) Colegrove of Grayson, KY and Oral (Ernie) Zornes of Franklin, Ohio.Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 1:00 PM at the Tabor Baptist Church, 10500 South 300 W., Muncie, IN with Rev.
