Shirley, IN...Jerry Miller, 71, resident of Shirley, passed away at his residence on Thursday evening.He was born in Anderson, May 9, 1937 the son of Herman Dale and Marietta A. Patterson Miller.He had worked for over 28 years at Dana Corporation where he had been an Inductal Iron Furnace Operator.He was a US Army Veteran.He had lived in the area for over 65 years.Survivors include his wife of 45 years: Mary Lu Ambs Miller of Shirley, 3 children: Dawn Davis of Noblesville, Ronald Dale Miller of Shirley, and Michelle Masters of Middletown, 9 grandchildren: Quintin Davis, Jarrod Davis, Devin Mullin, Morgan Miller, Jacob Masters, Meagan Masters, Jerrica Masters, Joseph Masters and Zachary Masters, four great grandchildren: Kameron Price, Rylee Price, Addison Burton, and Corbin Braun, 3 brothers: Frederick Miller of Arizona, Larry and Bill (Pat) Miller of Middletown.Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 sister and 4 brothers.The family has chosen cremation.
