Anderson...Jerry Lee Carper, 65, former Middletown resident, passed away Friday morning at Community Hospital in Anderson.He was born in Anderson, February 10, 1945 the son of Silas and Ruth Myers Carper.He had worked for many years as a dispatcher for the Middletown Police and Fire departments.He was a member of the Middletown Fall Funfest committee and the Middletown Church of the Nazarene.Survivors include 2 sons: Mark (Shawna) Carper of Frankton and Chance Carper of Anderson, 1 daughter: Jerra (Christopher) Minnick of Anderson, 2 brothers: Danny of South Bend and Don of Anderson, 2 sisters: Carolyn Braden of Ohio and Phyllis Huff of AndersonFuneral services will be Thursday at 11:00 am at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with Dr. Philip C.
