Born November 14, 1971 and passed away on April 16, 2018 in Delray Beach, Florida where he resided.  He was a graduate of Alexandria Monroe High School in 1990, Ball State University where he received his Bachelor's Degree and Indiana State University where he received his Master's Degree.

He is survived by his daughters Madison and Morgan Moore both of Alexandria, IN and their mother, Krista Baledge, and husband Kent, also of Alexandria, IN.

His mother, Penny Shine and Husband, Jerry of Anderson, IN including Jerry's children Greg, Jenny and Jason and their families.

His father, Jim Moore and wife Cheryl, formerly of Daleville, IN and currently residing in Naples, FL.

Sister, Julie (Moore) Augustinovicz and husband Jeff, of McCordsville, IN and their children Braydon, Gavin, Carson and Keenan.

Sister, Kristina (McFeely) Bir and husband, Clarence, of Logansport, IN and their children Michael, Elizabeth and Billie.

Brother, Scott McFeely and wife, Shannon, of Daleville, IN and their children Ryan, Ross and Jesse.

Maternal Grandparents, Bill and Mary James of Anderson, IN

Maternal Uncle and Aunt, Mike and Linda James of Hawaii and his 3 cousins.

Paternal Uncle and Aunt, Jerry and Mary Moore of Daleville, IN

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, April 27 from 4 to 8 at the Ballard and Son's Funeral Home, 8212 South Walnut Street, in Daleville, IN.   In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to:
