Jean Louise Selby

Daleville...Jean Louise (Bronnenberg) Selby, 91, resident of Daleville, passed away Friday, March 7, 2008 at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie.She was born in Daleville, August 5, 1916, the daughter of Jerry and Vivian Funkhouser Bronnenberg.She had been a homemaker, but also worked at General Motors for a time.She was a 1934 graduate of Daleville High School and 1938 graduate of Ball State Teachers College. She was been a member of the Daleville Christian Church for over 75 years and was active in Christian Womens Fellowship and the Daleville Womens Club.Survivors include one son: Stephen Selby (Eleanor) of Daleville and 1 daughter: Nancy Brown (Don) of Daleville, 5 grandchildren: Don Selby (Tina) of Winchester, Jennifer Swendiman (Matt) of Cincinnati, Jeff Brown (Amber) of Asheville, NC, Renne' Brown of Muncie and Jerry Brown (Lucretia) of Johnson City, TN, 4 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by 1 son: Larry, 1 brother: Edward Bronnenberg and 1 sister: Lois Roettinger and her husband: Charles in 1980.Funeral services will be held on Tuesday morning at the Daleville Christian Church at 10:00 am with Rev.
