Janie Sue Peavler

Middletown...Janie Sue (Faulkner) Peavler, 66. resident of Middletown, passed away at her residence Saturday afternoon.She was born in Muncie, Indiana, August 7, 1947, the daughter of Robert and Helen DeJarnet Faulkner.She married Larry Peavler on March 29, 1965 in Luray, Indiana.She retired from Shenandoah Elementary School in 2003 as an Instructional Reading Aide.She loved couponing, rummage sales, visiting the casino, and monthly luncheons with classmates from Cowan High School.Survivors are her husband: Larry of Middletown, children: Lisa Kimmerling (Tony) of Middletown, Pamela Poston (Gregory) of New Castle, and Larry Dale Peavler of Middletown, bro: Gary Faulkner (Barb Crump) of Muncie, grandchildren: Bryant, Nathan and Kyra Kimmerling, and Cody (Hannah) and Lilly Poston, great grandchildren: Ellie Clayton, Emma Poston and Kylie Polanco, 2 great grandchildren on the way.She was preceded in death by her parents, 3 siblings: James and Roger Faulkner and Betty ClevengerCelebration services will be on Wednesday at 11:00 am at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with Rev.
