Daleville...Janice K. Dowling, 49, resident of Daleville, passed away December 10, 2004.She was born in Elkhart, Indiana, the daughter of Leo and Gertrude Hawk Fausnaugh.She had worked at the department of Motor Vehicles in Indianapolis and Anderson for 11 years and was also a housewife.She moved to Daleville in 1986.She had been preceded in death by her parents and her brother Jim.Survivors include her husband: Ray Dowling Sr., of Daleville, 3 sons: Mike Albright of Elkhart, IN, Ray Dowling Jr. and Roscoe Dowling of Anderson, 2 step sons: Richard Dowling and Rodney Dowling of Elwood, 1 sister: Beth (Burt) Vandygrift of Florida and 2 brothers: Tom (Mary) Fausnaugh of Elkhart and Jerry Fausnaugh of Elkhart, 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.Special visitation hours will be conducted for family and friends with Ray Dowling Sr. present on Tuesday from 6-8 PM.A second visitation for family and friends with her sons present, will be on Wednesday from 2-4 PM.Special prayer services will be conducted by Rev. Gary McManus at 8:00 PM on Tuesday and at 4:00 PM on Wednesday.All visitations will take place at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 8212 South Walnut in Daleville.There will be no public funeral services.Online Guestbook is available at: www.ballardandsons.com
