Fishers....Janet Sue (Frees) Watson, 73, former resident of Middletown, passed away February 20, 2013 at Indiana University Hospital.She was born in Alexandria, May 31, 1939, the daughter of Golia and Mabel Wright Frees.She was a graduate of Alexandria High School and received her BA and MA in Education from Ball State University.She taught for over 30 years in the Shenandoah School System.She was a member of the OES #110, Indiana State Teachers Association, and the Hazeldell Christian Church of Carmel.She was preceded in death by her mother and father, her husband: Cleatus Watson and 1 sister: Patricia Lakey.Survivors are two children: Michael Watson of Indianapolis and Susan Cheung (Daniel) of Fishers, step daughter: Kim Huerta of Muncie, 6 grandchildren: Stefanie Watson of Castleton, Christopher Eblin of Anderson, John-Michael Watson (Lasey Vaughn) of Anderson, Shaefer Watson of Anderson, Cody Cheung of Fishers, and David Cheung of Fishers, 2 great grandchildren: Kaylie Eblin of Sheridan, Braxton Watson of Anderson and Skylar Warren of Westfield, 1 brother: James Frees of Middletown, several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 5:00 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with Rev. David Smith officiating.
