Anderson...Janet Audrie (Bloomfield) Umberger, 66, resident of Anderson, passed away Friday morning at her residence.She was born in Detroit, MI, February 18, 1948, the daughter of Donald and Audrie DeBois Bloomfield. She was a graduate of Thurston High School and retired after 23 years in 2011 from First Merchants Bank as assistant to the branch manager.She had lived 34 years in Indiana and was a member of the Knitting Group of the Daleville Library, attended the Daleville United Methodist Church and was a member of the Daleville Library being an avid reader.She is survived by her parents: Donald and Audrie Bloomfield, The Villages, FL, her husband Paul of Anderson, children: Angela King (Greg) of West Bloomfield, MI, Wendy Carpenter (Dustin) of Yorktown, and Kristy Chapman of Indianapolis, 3 grandchildren: Ashleigh Beach (Matt) of Crown Point, NY, Chelsei Rose Carpenter of Yorktown and Gabriel Carpenter of Yorktown, 1 brother: David of Albuquerque, NM, 1 sister: Gayle Stankiewicz (Ken) of Ballston Spa, NY, 1 step daughter: Debbie Phillips (Jeff, J.P.) of Daleville, 2 step grandchildren: Courtney Atak (Isik) of Izmir, Turkey and Paul Phillips Jr. (Casey) of Chesterfield, nieces and nephews.A Gathering of friends will take place on Sunday from 2-4 at the Daleville United Methodist Church followed by A Celebration of Life service at 4:00 PM with Rev.
