Janet Marie Pittsford

Middletown....Janet Marie Pittsford, 62, resident of Middletown, passed away at Community Hospital in Anderson Monday evening.She was born in Anderson, July 20, 1953, the daughter of Kenneth and Martha Jane Scott Pittsford.She graduated from Daleville Schools and worked for over 22 years at McDonald's in Muncie.She attended Mounds Baptist Church in Anderson and was a member of the Domestic Engineers Home Economics Club.She was preceded in death by her parents, her grandparents: Glenn and Donna Pittsford and Opal Ray Scott.Survivors include her siblings: Shirley Goodman of Anderson, Robert Pittsford of Mustang, OK, Ronald Pittsford of Daleville, Danette (Steve) Stewart of Muncie, Janette Pittsford of Pendleton, Thomas (Tana) Pittsford of Anderson, ten nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.A Celebration of her life will be held on Friday at 2:00 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with Pastor Marty Ballard of the Yorktown Church of the Nazarene officiating.Burial will follow in Miller Cemetery, Middletown.Friends may call on Thursday at the funeral home from 5-8 and on Friday from noon until the time of the service.Memorials may be made to the Delaware County Special Olympics.Online Guestbook at: www.ballardandsons.comThe Ballard family is honored to celebrate the life of Janet Marie with family and friends.
