Middletown...James Wallace Parrish, 54, resident of Middletown, went to be with the Lord on Thursday afternoon at St. Johns Medical Center.He was born November 27, 1951 in Anderson, the son of Richard and Betty Jean Reedy Parrish.He was a 1970 graduate of Shenandoah High School and was self employed as a brick mason for JP Masonery of Middletown.He was a member of the local Alcoholics Anonymous group through the United Methodist Church.He was preceded in death by his father, grandparents: Bill and Dessa Parrish and Cliff and Roberta Reedy and a niece: Kimberly Graddy.He is survived by his wife: Debra (Harter) Parrish of Middletown, 3 children: Dawn Rene' Moistner (Tracy) of New Castle, Sara Ellen Willis (Buddy) of Middletown and Nicholas Andrew Parrish of Middletown, 2 step daughters: Megan Terry Casey of Hagerstown and Katherine Grace Casey of Murfreesboro, TN, 1 brother: Bill Parrish of Pendleton and 2 sisters Deanna Graddy (Glayne) of Middletown and Sandy, his mother: Betty Parrish of Middletown, 5 grandchildren: Taylor and Abi Moistner of New Castle and Stormie and Keaghun Willis of Middletown, and Alex Bailey of Murfeesboro, TN, several nieces, nephews, Aunts, and Uncles, Special friends Spencer of Utah and additional friends: Chris Jackson of Middletown, Mark Batt of New Castle and Mark D. of Anderson.Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 am at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown, IN with Pastor Ron Branham and Jeff Landon officiating.Burial will follow in Miller Cemetery in Middletown.Friends may call on Monday at the funeral home from 2-4 and 6-8 PM.Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Shenandoah Little League.Online Guestbook at:
