Muncie...James R. Martz, 87, resident of Muncie and former Daleville resident, passed away Saturday at Golden Living Health Care in Muncie.He was born March 2, 1924 in Daleville, the son of Orville and Mary Ross Martz.He was a Daleville High School graduate and retired from St. Johns Healthcare as a maintenence worker.He was a US Army veteran .Survivors include his children: Keith Martz of Muncie, Neill Rinker (Patti) of Anderson and Kendel Rinker of Anderson, 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his wife: Vernabell, parents, 1 son: Gale Martz, grandaughter: Sylvia Rinker, and 1 daughter in law: Bonnie Rinker, 2 brothers: George and Harold Martz and 1 sister: Stina Martz.Private services will be held through Ballard and Sons Funeral Home Daleville Chapel.Online Guestbook at: www.ballardandsons.com
