Chesterfield...James Wentworth Macon, 82, resident of Colorado Springs, CO, died December 31, 2003 at the home of his daughter after a brief illness.He was born in Mobile, AL, May 18, 1921, the son of James and Emma Wentworth Macon.He was a graduate of Lakeview High School in Chicago, Illinois.He was a member of the Masonic Lodge of Colorado Springs, and the Baptist Church.He was a insurance agent for many years for the Prudential Life Insurance Company.Survivors include, 1 daughter: Candace Lana (Sidney) Macon Smith of Chesterfield, 1 step son: Jerry Macon of Colorado Springs, 1 grandson: Kenny D.
