Daleville...Jacob Allen Smiley, 36, resident of Daleville, passed away October 19, 2016 unexpectedly at his residence.He was born March 15, 1981, the son of Dana and Terresa Wilson Smiley.He attended Elwood High School and had worked at the Olive Garden. He lived in Daleville and Elwood most of his life.He is survived by his mother: Terresa of Daleville, 2 children: Haley and Lexie of Tipton, brother: Jeremy (Kristi) Smiley of Daleville, grandmother: Lillian Wilson of Daleville, niece: Cheyenne Smiley and a nephew: Dominique Smiley, best friend: Ryan (Nicole) Petty of Chesterfield and another dear friend: David (Candice) Amos of Elwood, cousin: Tammy (John) Thibeault of Anderson.He was preceded in death by his father: Dana, Wife: Elizabeth Denise and grandparents.A Celebration of his life will be held on Tuesday at 6:00 pm at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 8212 South Walnut St, Daleville with Pastor Marty Ballard of the Yorktown Church of the Nazarene officiating.Online guestbook at: www.ballardandsons.comThe Ballard family is honored to celebrate the life of Jacob with family and friends.
