Milton...Harry Freeman Spall, 83, former resident of Daleville/Middletown area, died Monday afternoon at Oakridge Rehabilitation Center in Richmond, after a brief illness.He was born in Seymour, Indiana, Janauary 21, 1919, the son of Orville and Alice Horning Spall. He had retired from Delco Remy in Anderson after 52 years of service as a sheet metal worker. He moved to this area in 1958 and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Middletown where he had been a trustee of the church.Survivors include his wife of 68 years: Betty of Middletown, 2 daughters: Sharon Spall of Bowling Green, KY and Linda Locke of Milton, IN, 2 sisters: Dorothy Martin of Columbus, IN and Mary Krieg of Leesburg, FL, 1 brother: Ivan Horning of Anderson and 1 grandchild: Geoff Walburn of Madison, IN, several nieces and nephews.Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with Rev. David Waters officiating. A Dove Release service will be held immediatley following the services at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery in Anderson.
