Middletown....Glenn Robert Sanders, 89, resident of Middletown, passed away Wednesday morning at Henry County Memorial Hospital.He was born in Henry County, July 4, 1926, the son of Joe and Louisa Wise Sanders, Sr.He farmed most of his life and retired from Chevrolet in Muncie. He also had worked at Sulphur Springs Telephone.He attended the Honey Creek United Methodist Church and the Mt. Zion Wesleyan Church.He was valedictorian of his High School class, Sulphur Springs 1944.He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother: Joe Sanders, Jr.He is survived by his wife of 67 years: Vera (Laswell) of Middletown, children: Larry Sanders and Robert A. ""Tony"" Sanders, (Gigi) of Middletown, Barbara Ellen Hale, Jeffrey A. Sanders (Susan) and Amy Sanders of Middletown, and Susan B. Rankin (Jack) of Muncie, 1 sister: Linda J.
