Glen Douglas Hamblen

Anderson...Glen Douglas Hamblen, 100, longtime resident of Anderson, passed away Thursday afternoon at Middletown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Middletown.He was born in Bartholomew County, Indiana, January 8, 1905, the son of John and Elizabeth Phillips Hamblen.He had retired as a private excavating contractor.He was a 50 year member of the North Salem Masonic Lodge.Survivors include: 1 daughter: Pat Baer of Anderson and 1 son: A. Wayne Hamblen of Bradenton, Fl, 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.Memorial services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with Rev.
