George Joseph Fadely

Middletown....George Joseph Fadely, 95, resident of Middletown passed away January 4, 2021 at St. Vincent's Regional Hospital in Anderson. He was born in Honey Creek, February 22, 1925, the son of Lerten and Grace Ethel Fadely.
He was a 1942 graduate of Middletown High School and retired from Local 103 as a crane operator as well as Delco Remy. He was an honorary member of the American Legion Post #216, a member of the Honey Creek United Methodist Church and the New Castle Elks Club. He was a former volunteer with the Middletown Fire Department and employed as a mechanic at Tri County Golf Course in Middletown.
Survivors are two nephews, Terry Lee Fadely (Berneda) of Honey Creek and Brian Fadely (Karen) of Navarre, FL.
He was preceded in death by his parent, 2 brothers, Donald Carl and Horace Lee Fadely as well as one sister, Elsie Mae Fadely.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at Miller Cemetery in Middletown at 11:00 am.
Memorials may be made to the Middletown Fire Department or the Middletown EMS.
