Gene A. Corbin

Sarasota, FL...Gene A. Corbin, former Middletown resident, passed away in Florida over the holidays.He was a graduate of Sulphur Springs High School in 1953 and worked at Delco Remy in Anderson.He was preceded in death by his parents: Basil and Maude Corbin and a brother: John Corbin.Survivors include his children: Jean Ann (Marvin), Dee Ann (Charlie) and Robert (Kim), 1 brother: James E. (Ruth of Charleston, W. VA, three grandsons: Mike Best, Adam and Jesse Bridges, one great grand-daughter: Kelsie Best and several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 am at the Upper Fall Creek Church of the Brethern in Middletown, with Pastor Denny Hilton and Marty Ballard officiating.Burial will follow in Miller Cemetery, east of Middletown.Online Guestbook at: www.ballardandsons.com
