Fred Leo Norris

Anderson...Fred Leo Norris, 77, resident of Anderson passed away Monday morning at Community Hospital in Anderson.He was born in Fentress County, TN, January 17, 1930, the son of Fred Leo and Donna Clayborne Norris.He retired from Guide Division in Anderson after 28 years and also worked as a utilityman at Big R in Anderson.He was a US Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict.Survivors include his wife of 55 years: Anna G. (Richardson) Norris, 4 sons: Eddie (Patricia) Norris of Muncie, Roger (Diana) Norris of Muncie, Todd (Julie) Norris of Chesterfield and Daniel (Angela) Norris of Daleville, 1 brother: Hewey Allred of Muncie, 3 sisters: Grace (Freeman) Roysden of Jamestown, TN, Ilene LaPeer of Muncie and Mary LaPeer of Jamestown, TN, 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.Funeral services will be held on Friday at 10:00 am at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 8212 South Walnut St., Daleville with Rev. Robert ""Bob"" Byers officiating.Burial will follow at Saunders Cemetery, east of Daleville.Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM.Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Disabled American Veterans.Online guestbook at: www.ballardandsons.com
