Frances L. Franklin

Muncie...Frances L. Franklin, 87, resident of Muncie, passed away Wednesday at her residence.She was born in Daleville, December 21, 1921, the daughter of Carl and Leta Miller Pierce.She was a 1940 graduate of Middletown High School and worked for over 31 years as a para/professional at Delta High School.She was a member of the Farm Bureau and held various township and county office. She was a FFA alumni and competed in competitions for over 55 years at the Indiana State Fair.Funeral services will be held on Monday, at 2:30 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 8212 South Walnut St in Daleville with Rev.
