Springport...Frances June (Schultz) Bell, 91, resident of Springport, passed away at the Waters of New Castle.She was born in New Castle, June 22, 1918, the daughter of Frank and Mae Emma Hudson Schultz.She was a 1936 graduate of Chrysler High School in New Castle and worked as a secretary for Prudential Life Insurance, Springport Rural Telephone, and was a librarian for Shenandoah High School.She was a member of Springport Christian Church and the CWF of the church.She was a associate member of Phi Chi Epsilon, Nu Chapter of New Castle and a former member of the Henry County Heart Society and Historical Society.She was preceded in death by her parents, husband: Roscoe in 1998, son Danny in 1968 and her beloved step father:Eugene Cartwright and brother-in-law: Bill Moran.Survivors include her children: Patricia Yohannes (Mehary) of Springport, Jack Bell (Suzi) of Cicero, IN, and Tom Bell (Becky) of Woonsocket, RI, brother: Gene Allen Cartwright (Mary Lou) of Andrews, IN and sister: Janet Moran of Munster, IN, 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11:00 am at the Springport Christian Church in Springport.Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Springport.Friends may call on Friday from 4-8 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown, IN.Memorials may be made to the Springport Christian Church or the charity of the donors choice.Online Guestbook at: www.ballardandsons.comSurvivors include her children:
